Property coach Steve Goodey, who is a friend and colleague of GRA, is holding a post-election property investment event in Auckland on Sunday 5 November that you might be interested in.
I will be giving a tax update, and you’ll hear lots of inspiring case studies.
Plus you’ll gain insights from Steve and other guest speakers on how to create good cashflow in this post-election environment. (Have a look at Steve's video below.)
This Cashflow Property Bootcamp is a live event (a rare thing post-Covid), so it will be a great chance to meet and network with like-minded people.
Steve is offering a special 15% discount for friends of GRA. Use the code GRA15 at checkout when you purchase your tickets. Click the banner below to find out more and to register.

This should be a great event – I hope to see you there.
I read Matthew’s book Property 101 and then came to Property School. I have to say there is nothing 101 about either of them. Between the book and Property School you learn that there is a lot more to property investing than meets the eye. There is no doubt in my mind that GRA are a cut above the rest when it comes to property education and planning. Impressive for a chartered accounting firm – they really know their stuff! - S.C. - April 2016
